LPN Needed - Flexible Shifts

  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, grooming, and mobility
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by physicians
  • Monitor and document patient's condition, vital signs, and responses to treatments
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
  • Maintain accurate medical records and comply with all regulatory standards Qualifications:
    • Current LPN license in Massachusetts
    • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (preferred)
    • Compassionate and caring attitude toward patients
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, as needed -
