currently undertaking a major transformation. We are migrating to a
new FinTech clearing broker/dealer and at the same time working on
an improved user interface with new and innovative ways to invest.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced leader to
help research and drive prioritized product features and
enhancements forward in a streamlined way. The FinTech Product
Manager will work closely with the various stakeholders to do
market research, define requirements and work with the delivery
team to ensure a successful launch. This role is critical to
succeeding in a very dynamic marketplace with quality of offering
and speed to market essential.The expertise you have
- Demonstrated success defining and launching software
products
- Experience gathering customer needs and marketplace trends and
translating that to the product strategy
- Experience incorporating emerging technologies into a mobile
customer experience
- Strong understanding of digital analytics, reporting,
dashboards and A/B testing (experience with PowerBI, Adobe
Analytics, Snowflake a plus)
- Ability to work with technology teams to execute on business
goals, epics and user scenarios
- Outstanding analytical, project management, and problem-solving
capabilities
- Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational
skills
- Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, manage
multiple priorities and work within ambiguityThe skills you bring
- You know how the financial services industry works and are well
versed in the competitive landscape, technology and current
trends
- Experience with direct customer research through survey design
and implementation, focus group discussions and customer
interviews
- You can prioritize work to deliver customer value based on

- Strong relationship building and business partnership skills,
and can build credibility and trust with diverse stakeholders

base salary range for this position is $103,000-$218,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and
scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and
other factors.Base salary is only part of the total compensation
package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements,
the offer package may also include bonus or other variable
