Job Description:

Marketing Manager (TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. d/b/a TLC Nursing, South Burlington, VT): Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy for the company's travel healthcare staffing enterprise. Oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, traditional advertising, public relations, and event marketing. Manage the company's online presence, including website development, content marketing, SEO, and social media strategy. Lead and mentor the marketing team, set clear objectives and KPIs. Collaborate closely with sales, recruitment, and other departments to ensure cohesive branding and marketing support across all channels. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities for growth. Manage the marketing budget, ensure effective allocation of resources and tracking ROI. Oversee the application process for new recruits. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with external agencies, media, and other relevant stakeholders. Provide regular reports and insights on marketing performance to the executive team. Requires a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or a related field, plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation involving search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media marketing.
