disparities in health care, join us.About the role:As a Director of
Market Operations, you will be:
- Providing direct oversight of people and operations across
operational staff in the market.
- Accountable for metrics across a number of operational areas
that are key contributors to the success of Accompany Health.
- Working with leaders across the market to build and improve the
operating model that will allow Accompany Health to scale
nationally in the coming years.Responsibilities will include:
- Directly oversee a group of managers who oversee frontline
staff including Community Health Workers, Patient Experience
Navigators, and Logistics Coordinators.
- Ensure daily operations of our home-based care model run
smoothly and safely.
- Achieve results across metrics such as schedule utilization,
patient experience, order and referral facilitation and closure,
etc.
- Develop a positive team culture that prioritizes patient
experience, team engagement, and high performance.
- Utilize reports to track progress toward market and team
targets; identify and address areas for improvement.
- Lead the communication and implementation of new processes with
your teams.
- Other duties as assigned.
- This role reports directly to the Market GM.What makes you a

- Required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong people management and development skills.
- Ability to build trusting relationships with frontline managers
and staff, and capable of inspiring those teams to achieve our
goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively
oversee a complex operations related to in-home visit
logistics.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Proficient computer skills to learn and use our software
systems; experience with an electronic health record preferred.
- Preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role overseeing managers
or 5+ years of experience in any supervisory role building
high-performing, patient-centric teams.
- 4+ years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Experience with field operations and in-home visits.
- Experience with value based care.$175,000 - $190,000 a yearThe
base salary range for this full-time position is $175,000-$190,000
+ equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role,
level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting
reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for
the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by
work location and additional factors, including job-related skills,
experience, and relevant education or training. Our talent team can

location during the hiring process.For Patient Facing RolesTo keep
our patients, communities and each other safe, you'll be required
to comply with Accompany Health's medical clearance requirements,
including completing a TB screen and providing proof of immunity or
vaccination for certain conditions. This is a condition of
