Job Description:

A company is looking for a VP of Engineering to lead technical direction and team management for software platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic alignment across engineering and support teams, defining technical roadmaps and support strategies
Oversee engineering execution, technical support operations, and security compliance to ensure high-quality outcomes
Provide leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a high-performing culture and managing team development

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience leading and scaling software engineering teams
15+ years of technical expertise across various domains
Experience leading technical support, security, IT, and compliance teams
Proven ability to manage remote distributed engineering teams
Expertise in modern software development practices and Agile methodologies
