Financial Systems Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Financial Systems Manager to support financial systems and integrations.
Key Responsibilities

Support Zuora and related financial system changes, including design documentation and implementation testing
Participate in technical discussions and define requirements for cross-functional projects interfacing with billing
Manage daily Zuora financial systems helpdesk tickets and troubleshoot incidents and outages

Required Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, or Finance
6+ years of direct Zuora billing or Zuora Revenue (RevPro) system experience as an administrator
Salesforce experience preferred
Experience with SOX control management
Helpdesk support experience using ticketing systems
