Key Responsibilities

Graduate Research Fellowship Program
Oversee application tracking systems and implement workflow

Train and supervise application processing staff while ensuring

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in application processing management or
operations
Strong expertise in application tracking systems and workflow
automation tools
Experience managing complex application workflows involving large
public stakeholders
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility technical provisions for
online systems
