Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Event Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead event strategies to enhance brand presence and
engagement at industry events
Oversee a team of Sr. Event Managers, providing leadership and
operational guidance for event execution
Align event objectives with corporate marketing initiatives to
optimize return on investment (ROI)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, event management, or a
related discipline
8+ years of experience in event planning and execution with
strategic leadership experience
At least 3 years of team management experience with a focus on
mentoring and developing talent
Proficiency in project management platforms and software, including
Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
Strong negotiation and budgeting skills
