We are seeking an experienced and strategic Commercial Channel
Marketing Senior Manager to lead and scale our growing channel
marketing initiatives. In this role, you will manage the Channel
Marketing Specialist and play a key leadership role in developing
and executing impactful marketing strategies, driving partner
engagement, and ensuring the success of our channel programs. This
position reports to the Director of Commercial and Carrier
Marketing and is instrumental in shaping the future of our channel
marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong
background in B2B channel marketing, strategic leadership, and
partner engagement. You will be instrumental in ensuring the
success of our Partner ONE program, leveraging your expertise to
build relationships, create impactful campaigns, and drive
measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Own and develop the overall channel marketing
strategy, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals and sales
objectives. Lead the evolution of the Partner ONE program to
strengthen its differentiation and appeal in the market. Guide the
Channel Marketing Specialist, fostering a collaborative and
high-performance environment. Identify growth opportunities within
the channel ecosystem and implement strategies to capitalize on
them. Market Profile: Serve as the expert on the channel partner
community, understanding how they select and position providers to
customers. Develop and maintain detailed partner personas and
insights, enabling targeted, effective engagement strategies. Build
relationships with channel partners through direct communications
and participation in events, becoming a trusted advisor. Lead the
Partner ONE Advisory Board, gathering actionable input from top
partners to continually refine and improve programs. Positioning
and Messaging: Craft compelling product and partner program
positioning that differentiates Consolidated Communications in the
market. Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted messaging
that resonates with channel partners and aligns with broader
strategic goals. Continuously evaluate and adapt positioning to
reflect market trends, partner feedback, and competitive dynamics.
Partner Enablement & Engagement: Develop and deliver partner
enablement programs, including tailored sales tools, training
materials, and co-brandable campaigns. Enhance direct communication
channels with partners through newsletters, event invitations, and
one-on-one interactions. Oversee partner onboarding programs,
ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. Content & Campaign
Management: Drive the creation and maintenance of partner-facing
content, including portal updates, co-brandable collateral, and
campaign materials. Lead the planning and execution of
partner-focused trade shows, events, and networking opportunities,
ensuring consistent branding and impactful results. Data-Driven
Insights: Leverage analytics to track and report on the performance
of channel marketing initiatives, identifying trends and actionable
insights to guide strategy. Key Deliverables: Comprehensive channel
marketing strategy and quarterly performance updates.
Differentiated product and program positioning that supports
Consolidated's value proposition. Enhanced partner enablement
resources, including customized sales tools and training programs.
Seamless partner onboarding experiences and dynamic communication
plans. High-impact campaigns and co-brandable collateral to support
channel sales. Actionable insights and recommendations from partner
engagement and market analysis.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in B2B marketing or a similar role,
preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector Proven
leadership experience, including managing teams and mentoring
marketing specialists In-depth knowledge of the channel partner
ecosystem, including portal management and partner enablement
strategies Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications
or related field, or equivalent experience Proficiency in tools
such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Highspot, Microsoft Office, and
project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com) Strong
organizational and project management skills, with the ability to
manage multiple initiatives and deadlines Excellent written and
verbal communication skills, with a focus on concise and impactful
messaging Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and
use insights to inform strategy and decision-making Self-motivated,
proactive, and solution-oriented, with a strong focus on execution
and driving measurable outcomes

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $76,244 -
$115,571
