Director of our Boston team, you will lead and grow a talented team
of professionals and serve as a liaison with our company
leadership. Fostering a positive culture and healthy morale while
maintaining a productive work environment are integral components
of this role, as is managing, mentoring, and recruiting new staff.
You will pursue and win work that has a positive impact on
communities and oversee staff and project performance to ensure our
work is consistently top quality. You will help build and lead a
talented local team working on exciting projects throughout greater
Boston and in collaboration with staff located throughout our
Northeast region (New England and New York) in addition to other
offices in the U.S.You participate in business development pursuits
in your home region as well as across our North American offices.
You will steer a close-knit team that is passionate about the work
