Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic person to join our growing Engineering team as a Quality Assurance Engineer specializing in manual testing, planning & analysis.

The role requires a willingness to explore new areas outside of one's comfort zone, while also working to constantly pursue best-in-class practices to improve architectural & procedural efficiency, stability and reliability.

What you will do:

The Quality Assurance Engineer will report to our Director of Technology and be responsible for:
Testing new games, client applications & user flows
Defining test plans & strategy
Creating technical documentation
Working with a cross-functional team to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
The company is based in Boston, MA but the position may be located anywhere and work remotely. Some travel may be required.

Required experience & skills:

2+ years of proven quality assurance, manual testing experience
Expertise in manual testing & resulting bug & error capture
Experience using test management software (TestPad, TestRail, or similar)
Working knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS & Javascript
Outstanding attention to detail & bug-finding skills

Bonus "nice-to-have" experience & skills:

Working knowledge of Python/Django
Experience creating test automation scripts
Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Experience with online/sweeps/social games industry
