Manufacturing Engineer – medical device, cnc machining, process
development

We are searching for Manufacturing Engineers with 5 years minimum
of either precision machining or direct medical device experience
candidates with no previous medical device experience will need
high precision multi-axis machining experience and documentation
skills. The ideal candidate will have machining processing
experience such as CNC milling, CNC lathes, mill/turn, swiss lathe,
multi-tasking, grinding and/or EDM manufacturing engineers with
medical can have machining, electro-polishing, deburring, cleaning
and passivation. Interested candidates should have the ability to
review solid models and develop processes. Experience designing
tooling, fixturing, work holding devices and process drawings using
3-D CAD software is needed. Strong process development skills and
experience launching new products is required. Previous experience
working in a highly automated / high technology work environment is
preferred.
MUST HAVE: a minimum of 5 years of manufacturing engineering and
minimum of an Associate?s degree. Medical device / FDA experience
is preferred, however, not required. Knowledge of high precision
machining or metal finishing processes is required. Manufacturing
Engineers will need strong documentation, communication and project
management skills.
