Job DescriptionAre you enthusiastic about leveraging the

approximately 1 year based on business needs.Core
ResponsibilitiesPlayful Parenting Initiatives: Support the
implementation of key programs that aim to provide parents and
caregivers with physical and digital resources to promote child
development and wellbeing through play. This includes the
Prescription for Play program, currently active in the US and
China, as well as new global programs currently under exploration
to reach caregivers around the globe.
- Project Operations: Maintain overall program plan and drive the
program management of Playful Parenting programs, including
Prescription for Play, as aligned with the plan set by Senior
Manager. This will include logistics, procurement, contracting,
materials planning and new product development. Help ensure
alignment and buy-in from key delivery partners including: LEGO
Group (supply chain, procurement, logistics, Government and Public
Affairs, Communications), LEGO Foundation, research & evaluation
partner, order fulfillment partner, external advisory board and
more. Manage and enhance digital systems that improve effectiveness
and efficiency of operations.
- Partnership Management: Assist with the enhancement and
maintenance of key relationships with internal and external
partners.
- Promotion/Communications: Partner with internal communications
counterparts to assist with the development and execution of
communication plan to raise visibility of Playful Parenting
programs and disseminate findings and results internally and
externally.
- Funding and Reporting: Responsible for maintaining complex
budget and child/caregiver reach reporting for annual
audit.Informal Learning Networks: Provide program management
support for the LEGO Playful Learning Museum Network and an
expanding portfolio of learning programs.
- Program Execution: Maintain overall program plan and drive the
program management of the LEGO Playful Learning Museum Network -
currently in the USA. This will include logistics, event and
materials planning and community management. Play a key role in
helping to ensure alignment and buy-in from key partners including:
the LEGO Group (regional social responsibility teams, Government
and Public Affairs, Communications), LEGO Foundation, research &
evaluation partner, participating institutions, non-profit
partners, and others.
- Partner Management: Manage relationships with external partners
such as science museums, children's museums, and non-profits to
support execution of social responsibility programs.
- Community Engagement / Events: Help to represent the LEGO Group
in the Community of Practice of museum professionals internally and
externally - predominantly virtually but also in-person.
- Research and Pilots: Assist with research into global expansion
of informal learning spaces and management of pilots.Project
Management across Social Responsibility Department: Leverage your
deep project and program management expertise to support and
implement SR programming as needed in the Americas - working
closely with the Boston based regional director and local team.
This could include projects such as managing Build to Give
donations across the Americas as well as other operational and

- Proven professional experience including extensive experience
in project / program management - preferably in large, complex
organizations.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex projects with multiple
partners and budgets over $3M USD.
- Patient, flexible, proactive self-starter with proven ability
to creatively solve problems based on high level objectives - with
no road map.
- Intense curiosity to explore, learn and seek solutions from
multiple sources.
- Experience working on social responsibility programs, whether
corporate social responsibility or large nonprofit.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills including
ability to deliver engaging, impactful presentations.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills including Excel and Microsoft Office
tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage
comfortably with executive leadership as well as parents, children
and community partners.
- Passion for children, education and injecting play into
parents' every day.
- An individual with strong collaboration skills and the ability
to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- National and International travel up to 8 days / year.
- Previous experience working on mission driven programs and/or
experience with operations at a large, complex corporate
organization preferred.Additional details on this position
- The salary for this position has a range of $100,900 - $151,300
USD based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and
organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a
wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to
prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and
other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive
remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated
upon finalization of the employment offer.
- This position will initially be based at 501 Boylston St. in
Boston, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St.
by mid-2025. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the
interview stages.
